Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are soaked.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped nuts or a drizzle of maple syrup on top for extra flavor.
