Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt.
Pour the mixture evenly over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are soaked.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped nuts or a drizzle of maple syrup on top for extra flavor.
