Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 3 cups Diced Potatoes peeled
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, diced potatoes, shredded cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
