Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Caraway seeds
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pork, sauerkraut, onion, chicken broth, and caraway seeds. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Cover and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the pork is tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
