Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread cubed
  • 1 pound sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Grease a baking dish.
  • 2. Place cubed bread in the dish.
  • 3. Sprinkle cooked sausage and shredded cheese over the bread.
  • 4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, sausage, and cheese.
  • 6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • 7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 8. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes or until set.
  • 9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
