Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Mustard Greens chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mustard greens, cheddar cheese, milk, and melted butter.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with bread crumbs.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Great served with a side of mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
