Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta uncooked
  • 250 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese your choice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • 3. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
  • 4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5. Combine the cooked pasta and mushroom sauce in a baking dish. Top with grated cheese.
  • 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
