Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Combine the cooked pasta and mushroom sauce in a baking dish. Top with grated cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
