shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and frozen mixed vegetables. Mix well.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite seasonings to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
