Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, black beans, corn, and 1 cup of cheese.
Top with tater tots and remaining cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, salsa, or jalapeños.
