Refrigerated biscuit dough
cut into quarters
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Place the biscuit dough quarters on top of the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
