McGriddle Casserole

Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Pancakes store-bought or homemade
  • 6 pieces Sausage Patties cooked
  • 6 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Layer half of the pancakes at the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  • Place the cooked sausage patties on top of the pancakes.
  • Layer the remaining pancakes over the sausage patties.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, milk, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the layered pancakes and sausage.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
