Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Layer half of the pancakes at the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Place the cooked sausage patties on top of the pancakes.
Layer the remaining pancakes over the sausage patties.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, milk, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the layered pancakes and sausage.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
