Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots 32 oz
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup green onions chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the green onions.
  • Fold in the tater tots and mix until well coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Top with the crumbled bacon and remaining green onions.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more cheese or substitute with your favorite cheese blend.
