Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kimchi chopped
  • 1 cup Rice cooked
  • 1 cup Ground beef cooked
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Green onions chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the kimchi, cooked rice, ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes:

You can add more vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms if you like.
