Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the kimchi, cooked rice, ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes:
You can add more vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms if you like.
