Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is cooked through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

This casserole is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
