Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Florets steamed and mashed
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, heavy cream, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, mashed cauliflower, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
