Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and half of the shredded cheeses.
Unroll the crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
Layer the cooked beef over the crescent roll crust.
Spread the sour cream mixture over the beef.
Top with diced green chilies, chopped onions, and bell peppers.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheeses on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
