egg noodles

sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
Stir in tomato soup, tomato sauce, and mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, sour cream, and beef mixture. Mix well.
Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
