Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced potatoes, onions, bell peppers, and shredded cheese.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the milk. Pour this mixture over the potato mixture and stir well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
