beef broth

frozen peas and carrots

shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add frozen peas and carrots. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Notes:
Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
