Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more veggies or use ground turkey for a lighter version.
