Provolone Cheese

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the roast beef and beef broth.
Unroll the crescent rolls and lay half of them in the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer the roast beef mixture over the crescent rolls.
Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the roast beef.
Top with the remaining crescent rolls and brush with melted butter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Serve with a side of au jus for dipping.
