French Dip Casserole

Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roast Beef thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 package Crescent Rolls
  • 1 cup Provolone Cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the roast beef and beef broth.
  • Unroll the crescent rolls and lay half of them in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Layer the roast beef mixture over the crescent rolls.
  • Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the roast beef.
  • Top with the remaining crescent rolls and brush with melted butter.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a side of au jus for dipping.
