Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • 3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, browned ground beef, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Transfer the mixture to a clay dish and spread it evenly.
  • 5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  • 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • 7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
