Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, browned ground beef, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
4. Transfer the mixture to a clay dish and spread it evenly.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
