Ingredients:

  • 6 cups potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, milk, and melted butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and baked just before serving.
