Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice uncooked
  • 2 cups Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  • 2. Add the rice, shredded cabbage, and chicken broth to the rice cooker.
  • 3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • 4. Cook on the regular rice setting.
  • 5. Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

You can add cooked chicken or sausage for extra protein.
