Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Add the rice, shredded cabbage, and chicken broth to the rice cooker.
3. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Cook on the regular rice setting.
5. Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
You can add cooked chicken or sausage for extra protein.
