Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the chopped cabbage, Rotel tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Feel free to add more spices or herbs to your taste.
