Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Vienna sausages
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the cooked rice, frozen peas and carrots, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Cut the Vienna sausages into bite-sized pieces and fold them into the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
