Frozen peas and carrots
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir until well mixed.
Add the cooked rice, frozen peas and carrots, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
Cut the Vienna sausages into bite-sized pieces and fold them into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
