Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread and vegetable broth. Let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the liquid.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped celery and onion, and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the sautéed vegetables to the bread mixture. Stir in the dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
