Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
