Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Tortellini fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
