Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, and mixed vegetables. Spread mixture into a baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture.
Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables or use ground turkey instead of beef.
