Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables frozen
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 package Tater Tots (32 oz)

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, and mixed vegetables. Spread mixture into a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture.
  • Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or use ground turkey instead of beef.
