Black Beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in taco seasoning and cauliflower rice. Cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, and black beans.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, avocado, or jalapeños.
