Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a baking dish and add the cubed French bread and sliced strawberries.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and strawberries, making sure everything is well coated.
5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
