Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 16 oz Elbow macaroni cooked and drained
  • 4 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, 3 cups of cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This dish is best served warm and can be paired with a simple green salad.
