Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cooked rice, chopped spinach, shredded cheese, milk, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Feel free to add more veggies or spices to suit your taste.
