Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, zucchini, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Pour heavy cream over the mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
