Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cooked rice, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, celery, and onion.
Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other seafood like scallops or lobster for a richer flavor.
