Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Crab meat
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Chopped celery
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cooked rice, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, celery, and onion.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other seafood like scallops or lobster for a richer flavor.
