Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage crumbled
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Kale chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
  • In a baking dish, layer cooked sausage, chopped kale, and shredded cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
