Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer cooked sausage, chopped kale, and shredded cheese.
Pour egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
