Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
  • In a skillet, brown the patties over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms until tender. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and milk. Cook until thickened.
  • Place patties in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Notes:

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
