Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
In a skillet, brown the patties over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms until tender. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and milk. Cook until thickened.
Place patties in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Notes:
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
