Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to the mixture for extra flavor.
