Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Reindeer meat diced
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the reindeer meat, carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and mix well to coat all ingredients.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Pour the beef broth over the mixture, then season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes, or until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
  • Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking to allow the top to brown slightly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
