Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf raisin bread cut into cubes
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Place the cubed raisin bread into the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can prepare this casserole the night before and bake it in the morning. Just cover and refrigerate overnight.
