Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Place the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the soup mixture over them.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the top is golden brown.
Notes:
Serve with a side of vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
