Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Pork chops
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  • Place the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the soup mixture over them.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the top is golden brown.

Notes:

Serve with a side of vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
