Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
4. Pour tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with low-fat cheese.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
