Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 2 cups Chopped Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
  • 1 cup Low-Fat Cheese
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • 4. Pour tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with low-fat cheese.
  • 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • 6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
