Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, black beans, crushed tortilla chips, and shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with sour cream and salsa before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add any extra toppings like jalapeños, green onions, or olives.
