Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips crushed
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  • In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, black beans, crushed tortilla chips, and shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with sour cream and salsa before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any extra toppings like jalapeños, green onions, or olives.
