Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops
  • 2 cups Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice
  • 1 packet Onion Soup Mix

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and onion soup mix.
  • Spread the uncooked rice evenly in a baking dish.
  • Place the pork chops on top of the rice.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and rice.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the pork chops are fully cooked and the rice is tender.
