Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat!
