salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes until cabbage is tender.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some jalapeños for extra heat!
