Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs in a baking dish.
  • Top with frozen tater tots and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the tater tots are golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
