Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  • Add the spinach, broccoli, onion, bell pepper, cheese, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies you like.
