Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
Add the spinach, broccoli, onion, bell pepper, cheese, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
