  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 4 potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
