Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Add salt and pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, kielbasa, and cheese. Pour sauce over and mix well.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
