Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Add salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, kielbasa, and cheese. Pour sauce over and mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Notes:
Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
