Ingredients:

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 head cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, chopped cabbage, diced onion, and minced garlic.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
